McCrary Furniture was established in 1952 by James McCrary and Elzy Dowdle.
James’s son Mike joined the staff in 1974, and in 1998 Elzy was bought out and they became incorporated. In 2006 James’s second son John joined the family business and all three have been running the store ever since.
